1. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, organisation, email, phone number, visitor type, application area, sample description and request. Do not submit patient identifiers, passwords, payment information or unpublished sensitive raw data.

2. Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to research-imaging or partnership inquiries, maintain communication context and investigate form-delivery issues. We do not use it for advertising tracking or sell it to third parties.

3. Retention and access

Form entries are stored temporarily in a server-side database and a notification is sent to xue@fslight.syougawa.com. Successfully delivered entries are normally retained for no more than 90 days and are accessible only to authorised business personnel.

4. Security measures

The site uses HTTPS. The form service applies format validation, origin checks, rate limiting and least-privilege operation. SMTP credentials are stored only in server environment variables and never in the frontend, source repository or email content.

5. Your choices and contact

You can request access, correction or deletion of an inquiry by emailing xue@fslight.syougawa.com.

6. Updates

This policy may change with service scope or legal requirements. The effective date will be shown on this page after an update.
